"Project Description" identifies the item we hope to build or purchase.
"Total project cost" is the cost of the whole of that item. If its a building, then the cost include design, materials and build.
"Sponsor unit" means that, on higher cost items, we have split the total cost into more manageable cost units.
"Number of units" is the number of parts we have split the total project into. It's also then the number of sponsors who participate together in the one item.
"Target date" is the date by which we hope to have funding agreed.
